Passau is a town in Lower Bavaria, Germany, also known as the Dreiflüssestadt (City of Three Rivers) because the Danube River is joined there by the Inn River from the south and the Ilz River from the north.
Veste Oberhaus, a fortress founded in 1219. on the crest of the St. Georgsberg mountain, positioned between the Danube and Ilz rivers.
Pilgrimage Church of Mariahilf (Wallfahrtskirche Mariahilf) and the Pauline Fathers' Monastery. Access the church by climbing the heavenly ladder, a covered staircase consisting of 321 steps.
St. Michael's Church is a 17th century church.
