Adria Palace, located on Liberty Square (Szabadság tér). Built between 1900 and 1902 as the headquarters for the Adria Royal Hungarian Sea Navigation Company.

Mihály Vórósmarty Memorial in Vórósmarty Square (Vórósmarty tér). The monument pays tribute to the 19th-century Hungarian patriotic poet Mihály Vórósmarty (1800–1855).

The Ethnographic Museum houses a collection of Hungarian folk objects from the 19th century. The collection includes pieces from everyday Hungarian life from before World War II, including pottery, costumes, boats, and furniture. Many of the objects are from Upper Hungary and Transylvania.
