Our next tour and tasting was at Angel’s Envy. It was founded by Bourbon Hall of Fame member and Master Distiller,
Lincoln Henderson, and his son Wes Henderson. During the aging process, the 5% of spirit lost to evaporation is known as the Angel’s share. Lincoln joked that he had struck a better deal than the angels.
