La Baie is one of three boroughs in the city of Saguenay, Quebec
The Ha! Ha! Pyramid is a monument commemorating the Saguenay flood of the nearby Ha! Ha! River in 1996. It is covered with 3,000 yield signs, .based on the similarity of pronunciation of the French words for "to yield" (céder [se.de]) and "to help each other" (s'aider [sε.de]).
